My Dad’s 70th Birthday Soirée

September 4, 2012

Events, Family

Today’s my Dad’s 70th birthday. It’s hard to believe he’s turning the big 7-0 since he looks and acts like he’s not a day over 60. Ahem. Both my sister and I are Daddy’s girls (my entire family is close, I’m a Mama’s girl, too!) so we threw him a family soirée this past weekend to celebrate his big day.

Me and my Dad.

My Dad with two of uncles and cousin.

Me and my sister, Nicole, played host to about 50 family and friends.

Me and my Aunt Kristi/Twin!

My crew - Husband, his mom and our kids.

Me and my cutie-pie neice! I love being Auntie.

Did I mention we have a BIG family? LOL! It was standing/sitting room only.

My Aunt Pat makes the biggest cakes - it's hard to tell but it's 2-3 feet wide. Gasp!

The coasters we had made for the party. Yup, that's his face in there!

Happy Birthday, Daddy! Thanks for being you; and for all of the things you do.
